This unique Queenstown Bed & Breakfast provides a feeling of warmth and relaxation. A restful theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room and sitting room with its library, both opening to a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens.

All our rooms in this Queenstown homestay accommodation in the Southern Lakes region of the lower South Island have spectacular lake and mountain views. Each room has its own ensuite or private bathroom, and guest controlled heating.

Payment Policy:
  • Credit card details are required to secure a reservation.
  • No charges will be made to the card prior to arrival, except in cases of late cancellation. (Please see our Cancellation Policy below).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Late cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your booked arrival date, 25% of the tariff will be charged.
  • The full tariff will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 5 days of your booked arrival date.
  • We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
