Queenstown is a wonderful 'simply remarkable' year-round alpine resort, situated at Lake Wakatipu with the Bowen and Ben Lomond peaks behind the township and Cecil and Walter peaks across the lake.  It has the most dramatic backdrop, the impressive rugged Remarkable ranges, stretching out along the southern arm of the lake.

Larch Hill Homestay/B&B is superb bed and breakfast accommodation in Queenstown.  It is built on an elevated site overlooking the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu, surrounded by spectacular mountains which are snow capped in winter. Larch Hill Homestay/B&B is only a 3min. drive from the centre of Queenstown and is in walking distance from the lake. Public transport passes our street every 20 minutes.

We would be delighted to help you plan your Queenstown experience with your choice of activities, many of which include a pickup from Larch Hill.

Directions to Larch Hill.

• Driving for 2.5km on highway 6A from Frankton towards Queenstown, you see Sherwood Manor and Gold Ridge Hotel on your right.
• In front of Sherwood Manor are four old horse wagons.
• Turn right into Goldfield Heights. The second turn left is Panners Way.
• Once in Panners Way, take the access way on your left with our sign on the corner.
• Larch Hill Homestay is No.16 on the end of the access way (half way down Panners Way on the left).
