This unique Queenstown B&B provides a feeling of warmth and relaxation. A restful theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room and sitting room with its library, both opening to a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens.

On 
arrival at our Queenstown Bed & Breakfast, you will be welcomed with refreshments. Once you have settled in, relax in the courtyard garden, or take in the lake and mountain views from the sun-deck. In winter there is a roaring log fire awaiting your return from a day's skiing or sightseeing.
We serve a generous continental breakfast including freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals and homemade bread with tea and freshly percolated coffee.
Larch Hill Homestay/B&B is superb bed and breakfast accommodation in Queenstown. It is built on an elevated site overlooking the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu, surrounded by spectacular mountains which are snow capped in winter. Our warm, comfortable B&B is only a 3 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and is within walking distance of the lake. Public transport (bus) passes our street regularly.
